We encourage new clients to call or e-mail us to arrange a convenient appointment with one of our qualified staff to discuss their needs and our services. Email inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member to contact you as soon as possible.
Appointment Times
Our office is open for appointments from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Staff are available for limited appointments or phone calls outside of our office hours. Please contact us to discuss how we may meet your needs.
Our firm has clients in Australia and internationally including India, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Singapore, UK, and the USA.
It is not mandatory for our clients to meet us in order for us to cater to their needs. Our office is able to prepare tax returns and provide business advice using e-mail, fax and telephone, please contact us to discuss the various methods available.
Parking is Available at Our Office
Parking is available by driving to the rear of the Avanti building, via Hunter Lane (runs parallel to Hunter Street)
- You may turn left into Hunter Lane from Burdett Street.
- In Hunter Lane, proceed past the Hornsby Central Pre-school Kindergarten and turn left to approach the black gates.
- There is a yellow post with a keypad, please enter “706” and then press the bell button.
- Our receptionist will then open the black gates for you.
- Take the second left, proceed down the slope and you will find several parking spaces marked as “Dugan Group” on your right.
- If these spaces are filled, you will find “visitor” car spaces as marked throughout the parking levels.
- Take the commercial lift to level 7.
- Turn right as you come out of the lift and you will find our office on your left.

A note to our clients in the Galston area
Limited interim arrangements are available for our clients to access our Galston office. Should you wish to use the Galston office for an appointment please contact the Hornsby office to make arrangements.
